Personnel from facilePOS, who are bound by a confidentiality agreement, may incidentally login for testing purposes or to solve problems, so we can provide you with the best POS experience possible. It might also be that you provide personal information to us when you contact us for a variety of resons like have a support question or help us improve our products and services. We will only use this information for the purpose you contact us for and it will be handled with care and stored safely on our servers.
